It'll be nice to provide a VMWare PC (Linux or Windows) to build VLC easyer.
I tried to build it for Win32 but it doesn't work for me... :(

Have you tried to cross compiled from linux for win32 ? That's not really complicated normally.

Hello,
I didn't have skills in Linux.... Unfortunatelly, I'm a true Windows guys.

If I have a Linux "Make and Play" I can do it but no more.

It can be a good thing to have a VMWare environement for new developpers (ready to build actual version 1.2.x for Linux or Windows plateform).

Clearly, VMWare will be one of the last environment we will use...

VirtualBox works fine.

It's not a problem, to my mind Virtualbox is probablly the best.
If you have a virtualized OS able to build VLC under Virtualbox, I still inderested...
