v1.0.4 - Changelog missing again

On the page http://www.videolan.org/, in the 1.0.4 announcement the changelog (NEWS file*) was forgotten.
Again.
Why not make a permanent link in the upper part of text? It is the same URL always, so it is fix-once thing that will work "forver".
