Hi I noticed there is a bug in the upload process... while the new version in being downloaded it shows the amoount already downloaded and the percentage...
This percentage is wrong... when I a about 2 mb out of 18 it shows that I have downloaded 0.2 %... it should be close to 10 %... and when the download finishes .. although it successfully downloaded the entire file it crashes without installing it... I believe this might be related to the incorrect reporting of the percentage completion because the file did get completly downloaded and I was able to go to the folder and open up the VLC image file and successfully install it manually.

PS> This might be related to the changes that Apple snow leopard has introduced to the way it reports the disk size but this it only a guess.

This is a known bug in VLC and has already been fixed in the development version.
