New mirror (Ukraine)

Hello,

New mirror avaliable, updating every 12 hours. Mirror located in Kharkov, Ukraine at ITL backbone (http://www.itl.ua, please note that site in russian, so use google translation :) ). Mirror also avaliable in two major internet exchange points, national UA-IX and regional KH-IX.

Rsync will be avaliable soon (within few days).

Mirror admin can be reached by email: mirrors <at> itl.ua

videolan@ informed. Rsync now up and running, so mirror can be reached at:

rsync://ftp.itl.ua/videolan/
