New feature proposal

Postby cvylq » 22 Dec 2008 16:47

Team,

1) As storage price is getting low, more and more user are wimply ripping DVD on hard drive and keep th.VOB structure. Most windows and unix DVD players recognize fch a filestructure and pay without having to seet al l file. That is what VLC does on Windows.
In the case of FREEPLAYER this fetue is not in place and leads to a frustrating viewing as you need to select the .vod one by one for reading. Could you make FREEPLAYER to recognize suwh a fil structure?

2) Still about Freeplayer, the first directory that pops up is /my Documents. If you store your movies on a server, you also have to g thru a frustating navigation. Woul it be possible do "set" the default directory?

Sorry but FreePlayer is made by Free so we can't modify it. And you'r not in the right section of the forum (have a look in the "feature request" section)

Best regards
