i am translating the vlmc in greek language right now (50%complete) but how can i inform the developers not to do this someone else at the same time?
it's time waste.

i send them an email but i didn't get a response.

i send again the email to translators@videolan.org and a reply came to me saying that

and the other time that send the patch to videolan@videolan.org the same email came back and still nothing happened.
