English, loop one and loop all button hovers are reversed.

Not something overly bugged or what not, but something that has always bugged me.
The hover text for the button that toggles loop says "Click to toggle between loop one, loop all" but the actual toggle is loop all, then loop one.
So either the toggle programming is reversed or the language file is incorrect.
