wrong shortcut to minimal view in german interface

in the german user interface, the shortcut to toggle the minimal view is "h" but not ctrl-h like in other languages. pressing h again does not toggle back to normal view.

Four years later, this problem still exists. If not in fullscreen mode, H toggles minimal view without ctrl. When pressed again, H sets a subtitle delay of +50ms. Where to report this? I googled it and landed here.

as with todays topic reply notification, and to find there is no such reply, (same as in april 2009 and june 2010) i checked the funktion; and - tada! - found it fixed.
