Though I learned Hindi at school for 6 years, I still suck at it. I can only manage broken sentences while talking
Anyway, I wish you the best in this endeavor.

I dont speak Hindi myself but i would suggest you look at outsourcing. Fiverr is a good place to start.

i think hindi translation for vlc is still not complete.
