Hi Guys/Gals i am really sorry for posting this message. But unfortunately i really dont know where to seek an answer for this querry of mine.

I used VLC prior to this and i am really pleased it with, keep up the good work guys.

But i had to reformat my PC, and i just downloaded the newest player available, and the whole interface and command of the player is in Malay, i am guessing that it is automated seeing that i am in Malaysia.

However my question is this, can the language be reverted back to English? If so how ? And if it cannot be reverted back to English, can somebody provide me with a install file that will have a English language VLC player ?

Are you using Windows or another OS ?

The answer to your question 'reverting to english?' is yes

I am using the Windows OS.

Could you provide me with a step by step instruction as to how to change the language. I am pretty unclear with technical jargon, so the more simple and direct it is the better.

In the preferences, Interface, you can choose the language.
