In the extended GUI, the Equalizer tab, the Smooth fader. When pointing the mouse cursor over the cursor, a yellow tooltip says something like "Controls the blending of equalizer bands. The higher blah ... blah."
It appears that this tooltip is always in English language, no matter the selected interface language. At least I was not able to change it, inspite of the fact that I assured this string is translated in the languages I tested (for example in French, for which I checked the .po file and the translation for this string is present ("Si cette valeur n’est pas nulle, les bandes bougeront ensemble. Plus blah ... blah.")).
Currently I am working at the Romanian translation and I noticed this during the testing process.
Is this a (known) bug ?
