Hi,
I have a collage project that I have to contribute to an open source project.
I use VLC for a long time and while I was looking for my project, I remembered that VLC doesn't have Arabic in the language's list!
So I think it will be the perfect contribution for my project. I contacted this email "vlc-devel@videolan.org" but I haven't heard any answer.
I would love to contribute to translate VLC to Arabic and finish this project in one week! I'm a programmer and It should be easy for me to follow the instructions.
I also love to be an Arabic maintainer since I'm a fan of this application because I saw there is no Arabic maintainer.

Providing logs, messages, configuration info (VLC, OS, Hardware) and a clear explanation of the issue always helps the problem solvers help you, even if they don't end up solving the issue.
