Yakut language

First of all, hello to everyone!
Second of all, I want to translate VLC player into Yakut language! WHY? Yakut, also known as Sakha, has about 360,000 native speakers spoken in the Sakha Republic in the Russian Federation by the Yakuts.
It's a huge market for such a great video-audio-radio-something-else-player! I'm huge fun of it, but... My friends and co-workets don't know about that player because they don't know much English language!
How can I do that? I've joined to these communities, on transifex, mailing-lists, but I didn't get the attention from anyone.
Just one people sent me a message with these steps that didn't work out! (
Please, show me the right path to make it happen, to translate VLC into another quite popular language.
