Korean Version Maintenance

The Korean version seems to be out of date.
I'm not fully fluent in Korean but I can handle translating computer terms and menu items and simple descriptions without a hitch.
I tried sending an e-mail to the official maintainer but have heard no response. Perhaps he no longer has the time or whatever. In any case, it's possible his e-mail has changed in the meantime.
In fact I would guarantee it, because the e-mail server in question is going to offline on July 31.
So, if anyone could let me know what steps to take I'd appreciate it. What are we dealing with here, .po files?
