I have no idea how to translate VLC installer on windows though.

there are so much of english in RUSSIAN version! I dont know if its russian or not.
We all can translate it one time, but translate ALL and make real russian version.
last version VLC 1.1.7 still has all translate bugs. in interface, in windows explorer etc...
