G'day everyone (and the developers)
What tools do the VLC team use to work with PO files? I mean, if there is a new POT file and you want to create updated PO files for the translators. Do you use the Gettext Tools, or perhaps the Translate Toolkit for that?
My question relates to this issue: if a translator delivers a PO file with fuzzy strings, are those fuzzy strings retained in the new PO file, or are they ignored when merging with the new POT file?

We edit with poEdit and we merge and update with gettext and autotools.

I use KBabel, and also have used Poedit, but now i use pootle plataform.

I saw a conference about omegaT and it seams to be a realy good software (http://www.omegat.org/fr/omegat.html)
