PERSONALISING VLC PLAYER

I need the help of someone who can personalise VLC player for me....
i want my own personal Logo on it and I want it renamed to my own name.
Is there any one that can do this for me... I am willing to pay you for your trouble.
if this is not the best section of the forum for this unusual request, can you please let me know under what heading I should list it
