how to receive the rtp stream by command arugment?

hii,can any give me an idea abt how to receive the rtp stream with specific program id.?
On sender side ,i have sent stream ts file and want to receive single program/port on same ip address.?
i searchd a lot on net,but doesnt got any success.
i got one link on net based on udp stream

here it tell 2 apply sumthin like this as it was on udp:
vlc udp://@233.1.1.1 :program=1234
but it still doesnt wrked.
i even tried multiple combination like
vlc rtp://@1234 :program=1025,
vlc rtp://@1234 ,program=1025,
but none of them worked. Has any1 worked on this ,plss guide me,,? tx in ad
