how to play specific prgrm from a transport stream ?

i got struck agn at one place, whr i want ur help,i m wrking on c# winforms
well,i m wrking on vlc version 0.9.2,at receiving side/client appln, i want to play specific program from transport stream.
In my ts file ,there are many program with all info,but i want to play specific program? i dnt know whether it in possible in vlc or not..
is there is any parmeter i must pass or anything i really dnt knw,,i also searched on goggle but doesnt get nything regarding on receiving side.kindly reply
