Firefox plugin : get the buffer load state

Hi,
Is it possible to get via the javascript API the buffer current state, in % ?
I want to give the user the possibility to skip frames and navigate via a progress bar, but it won't be user friendly if I can't tell him what part of the video has been loaded, and for that I need to now what % of the video has been downloaded.
This feature is available in all the flash bases video player (ie: Flowplayer, Youtube, ...).
I've browse this page: http://wiki.videolan.org/Documentation:WebPlugin, and didn't found anything.
Thanks
