VLC Embedded in Web Page [works] - But how about this?

Is there a way to stream, say, MKV files with multiple audio and/or subtitle tracks and give the client (viewing the webpage) some sort of control over turning these different things on/off or switching between them? That would be PERFECT, but otherwise it works well the way it is. This one more added bit of functionality would provide me with everything I want though.
Thanks. I'm even willing to consider alternative suggestions as to how I would be able to stream video from my website with this sort of functionality (VLC or not). Thanks so much!
Wow, just noticed there were quite a few of the same questions asked before, and not a single one got a reply... Not even a simple "no" if it's not possible... I hope someone can shed some light on this. Please?
