how to get Meta-title from webradio

I'm a delphi developper.
My soft use vlc to play webradio.

VLC gets meta title from several webradio with m3u file.

With delphi, i'm trying to get this meta-title (vlc_variableget ??) to show it in my application.

Can you help me please ?
