More properties or methods ?

It would be interesting to have ActiveX methods to change desinterlace, aspect-ratio and crop which will have effect to video's playing.
For exemple, if I use aspect-ratio=16:9 and I want pass to 4:3, I just find the solution to use stop, addtarget and play. I would be interesting to do that without stop video as aspect-ratio cycle do it...
