I install ActiveX, but it doesn't seem to work.

I have installed ActiveX.. But when I try to use it it only says: ActiveX is not installed. But I am SURE that I have installed it.. I am using version 0.8.5. I'm trying to use it in IE or Mozilla but I always get that error.. can someone help me?

Do you have windows 98 ?
