I know i can use VLC player to do watermarks on vlc.

vlc --sub-filter="logo" --logo-file="<path to file>" <input>

But can i use this function in web?

I want to show the time-value on the streaming video.

Thanks.

This is a good question, I don#t understand the question at all, but i´m interested in an answer, too.

usually i do watermarks in html for websites like this: in the body tag:

<body background="vlclogo.gif" bg properties="fixed">

...with vlclogo= the path to the gif

but i think that wasn´t your question :lol:

Do you mean, that you want the vlc player to stay fixed in the background?
I think it won´t work, but maybe anyone knows it better?
Tell me more about.

To handle the volume there is a javascript function: set_volume(vol) , and: get_volume(voll) but until now, i have not get out to build a display of the current volume in my html webpage.:cry:

If someone knows more, please post it :roll:
