web interface has to be started twice.

Hi

I am having a problem with the web interface, it seems that the interface doesn't start the first time you click add interface, you have to open the menu and click a second time before it is added.

I have managed to recreate this on both the current release and cvs versions, also on multiple computers, which are all running windows xp.

I apologise if this is a known bug, i did have a look and couldn't see anything about it.
