WHAT AND HOW DID I GET IT . I PAID FOR AND GOT FREE SKY TV ON YOUR PC IT STARTED THEN 
1) You paid us for nothing. You paid a provider or another company, but that's not us. We aren't paid by anyone.
2) We are doing this in our spare-time, so stick to our conventions because otherwise we won't help you.
3) Give more details. Your current report is useless and not solvable.
