ActiveX - change the start Picture

Hello,
I embeded the ActiveX Control on my Web - Site, (I used the example from: https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/file/trun ... ?rev=10498 ). Now I shows for a short time the cone (at the begining and the end of) (if I use AutoStart = true ). I looks a littlebit funky,
I want to change this Picture, has anybody an idea how I can change this image or show maybe a text or something else?
