Can I write one script to force have the PAL_B capture type.

Can I write one script to force have MB capture as I want, like when I push properties of capture.

Hi,

When I send without transcodification I can not select ks/s of transmission.
But I can go to propertis of capture card and select tha Video Bitrate as I want. For example: 4.8MB. I can do ans script to selectthe MB as I want.
