How to build ActiveX, VLC PlugIn for IE?

Is there any way to build the ActiveX control for the VLC PlugIn?
Platform used is Internet Explorer for windows.

Please look if anyone can give some tips or suggestions.

the activex plugin is built as part of the build process of VLC for windows
