Get window title (music name from stream url)

Hello,
I'm playing a radio from an Icecast server and I need to get the name of the currently playing song and save it in a txt. Does anyone know how I can do this?
I tried this plugin, however it did not work with streaming:

I need this to send to the RDS of an FM transmitter. And it only supports txt file.
