VLC 3.0.1 ActiveX win64 problem

The lastest 3.0.1 win64 version ActiveX control (on win 7) behaves differently from previous version 2.8.4 win64:
- The playlist playing stops after the current item is finished, rather than continuing to play until all the items are finished. The 2.8.4 activex hehaves normally - the entire playlist is played one item after the other.
- The toolbar shows briefly at the begining of loading a media file, then disappears (by itself or after right-clicking on it) and does not come back when mouse is hovering over its position, and the put_Toolbar(TRUE) call does not show it back either. The 2.8.4 activex hehaves normally - the put_Toolbar can always control the visibility of the toolbar, and when sets to visible, it appears whenever the mouse is hovering over it.
Are these bugs ?
