Activex - 2 video streams problems

Postby Ultra-Brian » 04 Nov 2005 14:43

Version vlc-0.8.5-svn-20051104-0000. I have a VLC ActiveX instance in an html page (PAGE1). It displays an rtsp live stream ok. I have a second html page (PAGE2) which successfully displays a second rtsp live stream. My third html page has two frames. The first frame has SRC=PAGE1. The second frame SRC=PAGE2. The video from the first frame is now intermixed with the second video displayed in the second frame. The first frame shows black where video should be. There seems to be some interference between two instances of VLC activex running in the same Inernet Explorer window.

I was not seeing this with 0.8.4_test1 version although there were occasional IE crashes in axvlc.dll when changing page away from the video stream.

I think it would be useful if the Active X test page was enhanced to include two instances of video display. The test would then show up such issues.

Regards
Brian
