Web Interface - Subtitles

Hi,

The VLC Web Interface is terrific and it has enabled me to control the movies being fed into a projector on another level of the house for my son. One thing I find lacking, however, is the lack of a subtitles "on" or "off" switch on the Web Interface. I know I can turn subtitles on or off using VLC on the host computer, but I don't see any way to enable or disable subtitles from the Web Interface running on a remote machine.

Is there any way that a simple button could be added to the Web Interface that would toggle subtitles on or off?

Thanks for any consideration for this, and please keep up the good work.

It should not be hard to do, tbh. Can you create a bugreport, please?

Hi,
I am also looking for the on/off switch.
I add them via the web interface:

Code: Select all

?command=addsubtitle&val=<uri>
but I would like to remove them. Is it any command or something I could do?

Thank you very much!
