Vlc web plugin for Chrome on Mavericks

Just wondering if we are ever going to see a version of the web plugin for Chrome on Mavericks?
I have tested some of the nightly builds but there are always issues.

I have had good success with the nightlies from here:

They work for me on Mavericks. Stability isn't quite as good as on Windows, but it does work. Changing video sources will occasionally cause a crash.

As far as I know, yes! On Mac Chrome, the VLC plugin is installed when you install VLC after installing Chrome. *Update* As mentioned by fez, the plugin for Chrome is not installed alongside the OSX version on recent releases of OSX.
