send streming video to web site

Hi, dear friends))
I have some problem.
I have ip cam im my local lan.I get fames in h264 and decode to avi from Ip camera and want to send this frame to my web site!
This is my trouble. How solve it?
how initialize vlc for C#? how send frame to web site, which writen on ASP.net.
How get this frame in my web site?
