Any XML-output of "What's Playing Now" i VLC?

Postby ZeusDK » 28 Jan 2007 11:28

Hi all

Is there a XML-output thing i VLC, so I can get the values from a XML-output page of what is playning now?

If so I can use a script to get the values and display them on a homepage, so people can see what is being played before starting the stream.

If there is no XML-output in VLC when there be one - anyone knows? And are there any alternatives right now for a XML-output?

No, The only solution i think is to keep track of your playlist in your own code.

Found it myself. It is located in:

http://yourdomain.com:1234/requests/status.xml and some other xml-files.
