Load or activate Lua filter script extension by telnet, tcp ip or http

Hello!
I've been trying to activate a lua extension for 2 weeks that I coded. I want to activate it by http, telnet or tcp but I can't find the right syntax or command even though I tried looking everywhere before posting a message.
I tried command=script or addfilter() or load or load-extension via telnet, http and tcp but nothing works.
I have read all the documentation but I can't find the right syntax, could you give me some information on this?
