Activex with Delphi Keyboard Issues

I have tried everything that I am aware of and it seems that once the activex control has been activated in fullscreen mode it steals the keyboard focus and won't return it.

So if I set the activex back to non fullscreen mode i can't use keyboard control( i.e. remote control emulating keyboard) unless i physically click on a control in the main application window to reset focus, this method doesn't work well when there is no mouse or keyboard connected to the PCgood way .

So anyone got any ideas how to get around this ?

PS i've tried sending keystrokes to the main application tried set focus to controls all to no avail, maybe the activex code itself needs to relenquish control back to its parent when exiting fullscreen mode.
