Skip Woke Media Player

Today I downloaded the Mac source code and tried playing around.

Skip Woke works just like subtitles (.SRT files).
You create a .SKW file which has timestamps of scenes which you want to skip. It will be placed in the same folder as the video.
VLC should then skip the in-between sections.

What would be the easiest way to make this happen?
