Problem with watch stream in Chrome or Safari browser on iPhone

Hello,
I want to watch an IP CCTV camera on my website for a school project, it works on RTSP protocol and I connect it with VLC to stream (HTTP) to my webpage. Then i embedded code to website and on computer works (Edge, Chrome, Firefox), when I want to play on the phone it's just not working.
Any suggestions on what should I do?
