Listen WEB RADIO and View Video Site ?

Hi to all.. .and Happy Holidays... ( and sorry for my English).

I have a link for my web radio, I open it with .pls file and its ok.
but:
When I open it I am listening my WEB Radio but the viewer is black and it show only the VLC icon.

My question is:
Can I listen a my WEB RADIO and inside the Viewer watch my site ? (I have a video on site and i want it to play when i am listening my web radio).

I want to do that inside the .pls file, so if i go to other pc and open it, i want to start streaming and play only this video (without the music).
