activex vlc msaccess

added the vlc activex control to my form and everything works great !! well at night time anyway. im streaming a rtsp signal from an ip camera. at night time when everything is in black and white the pictures perfect. but in the morning when the infared light turns off and everything goes back to color the picture is a mess, you can make out a few features and i can see that its still streaming. maybe once every 30 minutes the picture will suddenly be perfect, but after a minute or so the picture starts to become more and more grainly. the only thing i changed on the activex control is the string telling the activex control were to find the stream. i think its call the mrl property. one last thing, if i don't use the active x control and i try to use vlc itself, if i type in the rtsp address in media-> network stream, nothing happens. any clues ??
