remote control error

Hi everyone,
I've searched older posts in the forum and despite I found similar issues, there wasn't a solution.

I am trying to control VLC 2.2.4 (running in a computer) with a phone connected in the same net as the computer. I have tried this request from the browser in the phone:

ip:8080/requests/status.xml?command=pl_pause

When VLC was running on macOS or linux, it worked perfectly, but I couldn't do it on Windows 7 (access error: 404-Not found). I have disabled the firewall and added the web interface in VLC. If the request is done on the pc it works fine.
