[HELP] Web Interface in_play remote url

How can I send an url (like Youtube video) to VLC via GET? In JavaScript I can pause/stop/ volume +/- but I can't send urls (if I paste it in VLC it works)

The wiki says:

PLAY AN RTSP STREAM URL:
http://127.0.0.1:9090/requests/status.xml?command=in_play&input=rtsp://user:pass@somewebcameraaddress.com:9552/cam1/mpeg4
