Is there anything new about this issue?
It would be really useful to be able to set options for this nice plugin.

Thanks

Sorry for my late reply.

I need:
- Adjust (contrast, brightness, hue, saturation, gamma)
- Options for Marquee, Teletext, and Subtitles.
- "--demux=avformat" as described here: https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=114517

Thank you very much

you could try FBVLC. Most of it is available there.

I already tried it (as explained in this topic some posts ago) but it doesn't work with c#.

Is there a chance to release a special build of the vlc plugin with options enabled?

Thanks

Don't think so. Only if you do it yourself...

Did you think about using libvlc directly?

I tried a lot, using all documentation here, but couldn't get it to work.

Yes, but new problems evolved with using it.
The plugin was working perfectly, apart from the options issue.

I think you will have much less problems if you will use libvlc directly. To avoid tedious work, you could do just a thin assembly around https://github.com/RSATom/ya-libvlc-wrapper or any other wrapper library.

And if you start this as open source project ( on github for example ), I could help you if you will meet some problems (if you wish of course).

And for assembly api you could use something like https://code.google.com/p/fbvlc/wiki/FBVLC_API. This API derived from official Vlc Web Plugins and already used in fbvlc and WebChimera ( as for JS and so for Qml )
