Error trying to stream using web interface

Hello! This is my first time using these forums, so please, bear with me.
I have set up VLC on all my devices, and am using my ubuntu computer to stream from.
I can launch the web interface and control the vlc player on the ubuntu computer just fine, but as I go to stream, using the easy stream button, I get the error:
Del: current: media unknown.
As far as I can tell it is playing, but I can not access it.
