VLC Plugin for webbrowser-safari, firefox/mozilla, ie?

I flashed my dvb-s receiver dbox2, now i have a new webinterface with live view, the browsers say there is no vlc-plugin, under windows it should work,
is there any way to use vlc-plugin in safari-mac os x
