How do I install the ActiveX plugin for IE. And once it's installed, how do I use it?

how do i use it : have a look at http://vthr.Videolan.org/~dionoea/vlc-plugin-demo/ . The VLC plugins (activex and mozilla) don't have embeded control interfaces yet ...
