vlc 0.9.0 setup/exe required?

Does anyone have vlc 0.9.0 stable setup/exe ? I found source code and binaries code of the 0.9.0 on net but i want setup or even nightly wild/test will do..
I searched a lot on net ,but i doesnt doesnt suceed.As i dont know how to compile the vlc ,thats why i want the setup? thanks in advance.

but it contains tar.bz2 file.I m looking for exe.
